Description/Duties:
Environmental Health Specialist is with the Phoenix Area Office, Office of Environmental Health and Engineering, Division of Environmental Health Services. The Incumbent is responsible for planning, developing and implementing a comprehensive environmental health program on the assigned reservations that emphasize; safe water, solid and hazardous waste management, food protection, occupational health and safety, vector control, community injury prevention, healthy homes and institutional health.
